Elizabeth Percy lived it all – journalism, airlines, royal protocol, reporting to heads of state, royals, state carriers, and billionaire family businesses. Her journey from birth, studies to career spanned Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE.
Her education was grounded in Kuwait, the UK, the USA, and New Zealand, with trainers from these nations. In aviation media relations, her career covered Africa, the United States, the GCC, and the Levant.
Her work launching destinations in aviation took her across the GCC, Americas, Europe, Africa, Levant, the Indian Ocean islands (Seychelles and Mauritius), Eastern Europe, and beyond. These roles, especially as Senior Publications Officer, nurtured her curiosity and passion for travel writing.
She recalls memories of shopping for Rolex watches in Switzerland for GCC aviation staff appreciation events, organizing special state occasions for Qatari royalty, and working closely with UAE royalty in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. She also cherishes her career experiences with Kuwaiti royalty and her early childhood memories there. Elizabeth Percy is widely recognized in the GCC aviation and media world.
Aviation and Royal Protocol
Her understanding of aircraft—both in mainstream aviation and private jets—became both her career and passion. Listening to GCC royalty and reporting directly to them became her way of life.
Her insight emphasizes intuition, inner bearings, and the understanding of one’s intellectual and emotional faculties. She believes in maximizing innate potential, guided by these inner lights, as the key to self-awareness and leadership.
Transition to Training and Human Development
From the world of glamour as a fashion and turf talk writer to aviation, GCC royalty, and UAE’s family businesses, Elizabeth took a sabbatical. This break led her to focus on training and human development—nurturing the inner core, physical and mental wellness, and maximizing skill potential.
Her mission: raising awareness and digging deeper beyond symptoms to root causes. This journey took a pivotal turn when Dr. Eng. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Ali discovered her in 2019 and invited her to co-found SMART INSPIRATION UAE TRAINING.
Here, she began designing and leading training courses for both children and adults—under the vision and guidance of Dr. Eng. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Ali.
Philosophy as a Trainer
Elizabeth Percy says:
“Seeking my heart’s innings on life led me to Dr. Eng. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Ali. The courses I curated at the center are inspirations from my own life, enriched with the essence of skill. I practice every skill before shaping it into a course. Our co-trainers undergo rigorous training at SMART INSPIRATION UAE TRAINING, personally coached by me, before they are certified to lead learners.”
Today, four trainers, mentored and sculpted by Elizabeth, can carry forward the center’s mission independently. “We do not recruit cold callers as trainers. Each one is carefully chosen and groomed to precision,” she explains.
Her recent studies span sound frequency, kitchen herbs, and water infused with citrus fruits or seasoning seeds—all out of curiosity for human wellness. Being the daughter of a medical practitioner, she is driven to find root causes of ailments.
At the center she also trains with the knowledge of RGB Analyzes (Rockomer Genetic Behavior Analyzes) – a method that helps train children and adults in behavioral skills rooted as early as the days in the womb of the mother and is influenced by prenatal nutrition and the emotions of the mother during the gestation period of the pregnancy.
