Subscription Cancellations

  • Digital Subscriptions: You may cancel your digital subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial periods or unused access.
  • Print Subscriptions: Print subscriptions can be canceled, and you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of issues remaining in your subscription at the time of cancellation.

Single Issue Purchases

All sales of single digital or print issues are final. We do not offer refunds for these purchases unless there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong issue delivered or technical issue with digital access).

Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Custom services like print ads, interviews, or special feature requests are also non-refundable once confirmed and in production.
